About me
Growing up as the child of immigrants, I often found myself translating medical records, insurance forms, and tax documents for my parents. It made me very aware early on of how important information can be unnecessarily complex, and how frustrating (and sometimes intimidating) it can be for non-native English speakers. That’s a big part of what drew me to content design in the first place.
Today, I’m a Senior Content Designer with over 10 years of experience helping people make sense of complex products through language and structure. My work spans UX content strategy, information architecture, systems design, and UX flows often to global audiences like Netflix and Airbnb. At every role, I’m still doing what I did for my parents—finding ways to translate complex systems into simple language.
